Rachael Griffith

Owner & Attorney

Rachael Griffith has served East Texas families and their legal needs for many years, handling issues including divorce, child custody suits, child support, adoption, estate planning, spousal maintenance, and more. Before entering law school, she taught fourth grade at her alma mater, Andy Woods Elementary.

Rachael understands that the traditionally adversarial method of practicing family law can create further polarization in families experiencing significant transitions. These can be exceedingly costly, both financially and emotionally – especially when children are involved. That is why she is a committed divorce attorney and child custody lawyer working to find solutions that are rooted in negotiation, compromise, and empowering her clients to have control of the decision making process in their East Texas family law matters.

As a compassionate advocate for the families she represents, Rachael is a dedicated family lawyer  helping her clients through what may be the most difficult time in their lives.

Rachael is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Tyler Type One Diabetes Foundation and also serves on a committee at the University of Texas at Tyler to form their Pre-Law Academy. She enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, enjoying Tyler area parks and community events.

When you need a highly qualified, compassionate family lawyer, divorce attorney, or child custody lawyer in East Texas, you can rely on Rachael Griffith. To learn more about Rachael or to schedule a consultation regarding the details of your case, contact Griffith Law today.
